The middle plaque is enscribed  Deluxe Presentation  Rocky 30 (the years spanned between Rocky and Rocky VI). Stars throughout included Sylvester Stallone, Talia Shire, Burt Young, Burgess Meredith, Carl Weathers and Milo Ventimiglia.

6 inlay cards associated with each Rocky movie with one single and individual piece of film cell for each of the movies is mounted underneath, as follows :
