This superb filmcell features Neil Young, born in 1945 the Canadian singer-songwriter, musician and film director 's music is characterized by deeply personal lyrics, distinctive guitar work, and signature falsetto tenor singing voice.
After the breakup of his first band Buffalo Springfield in the 1960s he then became part of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young and during the 1970s and 80s he became a solo artist. In 1989 Young returned to prominence with the single "Rockin' in the Free World", which hit No.2 on the U.S. charts, and accompanying the album, Freedom, rocketed him back into the popular conscious after a decade of sometimes-difficult genre experiments.
In April 2009, Neil Young's Canadian tour broke records. In Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, the Essar Center broke concert records with the loudest audience in the 2000s. Neil was very happy with this achievement and plans returns.
