Clark Gable - Triple Pics Description
Three superbly presented quality inlays on a black mount background feature the legendary American film actor Clark Gable (1901- 1960), nicknamed "The King of Hollywood" in his heyday his most famous role was Rhett Butler in Gone with the Wind (1939) earning him his third nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor which he won for It Happened One Night (1934) and was also nominated for in Mutiny on the Bounty (1935). Later performances were in Run Silent, Run Deep (1958) and The Misfits (1961) staring with Marilyn Monroe. In 1999 the American Film Institute named Gable seventh among the greatest male stars of all time.
