Delivery Questions

United Kingdom orders - Delivery costs.
Orders to the UK under £40.00 have a £1.95 delivery charge, regardless of how many items are in the order.

Orders to the UK with a total of £40.00 and over have Free Delivery, regardless of how many items are in the order.

Orders outside the United Kingdom - Delivery costs.
Orders outside the UK have a £13.99 delivery charge and 0.99 for each additional item in the order after the first item.

All wall posters/prints can not make up part of a multiple item international order.

Is Next Day Delivery available ? (United Kingdom only) and what is the delivery cost ?
For Next Day UK Delivery please call us on 0844 567 7100 as early as possible, preferably before 1pm on the day before the order is needed. If it is possible, payment will be taken from the phone order. Postage cost will be £3.50 for the first item and 0.50 for each additional item in the order.

How do I return a faulty / incorrect item ?
If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please initially contact us by email or telephone and we will immeditaley start to action the problem. You will be kept updated with progress and return instructions.

I no longer need my purchase, can I return it ?
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling-off' period where you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it.

Please return the item in perfect, resaleable condition and at your own cost. Film cells and orders over £20.00 should be returned by Recorded delivery. When we have received we will then fully refund your card for the purchase amount.

I live outside the U.K. What are the prices in my currency?
At present BigScreenCells prices are displayed in £'s Sterling & are estimated in US Dollars and Euros. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you can choose to pay in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) when reaching the checkout stage. (this will be the equivalent amount for other currencies). We can accept orders from almost all countries.

UK Orders - How Long will my order take to arrive ?
Film Cells, Framed & Unframed Photographs and Mounted pictures :

We aim to have your order dispathced to you within 7 days, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, it should then arrive with you approx 2-3 days later.

Posters, 3D Posters and Prints (framed and unframed) and other items :

Please allow 3-5 days before your order arrives. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Orders outside the United Kingdom - How Long will my order take to arrive ?
