Delivery Questions

What are the shipping costs?
BigScreenCells offers shipping to anywhere in the U.K for FREE for all orders which total £40.00 and over. (regardless of how many items are purchased in any one order). Customers ordering outside the U.K are at present charged a standard £12.99 with every order.

How long will my order take to be delivered ?
Film Cells.
If your filmcell order is in stock we will normally send your order to you in 3-4 business days. If your filmcell is not in stock our product usually takes about a week before shipping as they are manufactured to order.

ALL our film cells are available for Worldwide dispatch.

Posters, Prints and Lenticulars.
All poster, print and lenticular orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days.

ALL our Posters, Prints and Lenticulars are available for dispatch ONLY within Europe.

Framed Posters or Prints.
All framed poster or print orders are normally dispatched within 3-4 business days.

ALL our framed Posters and Prints are available for dispatch ONLY within the United Kingdom.

Canvas.
All canvas orders are normally dispatched within 3-4 business days.

Christmas season Delivery.

Around the Christmas period please do allow extra time for your goods to be shipped as we do get extremely busy. If ordering after the 15th December you are advised to telephone us (0845 257 2300 or International +44 845 257 2300) with your order to ensure that we can supply the items required for the big day.

All Overseas Orders.

Orders outside of the UK are sent via International Signed Airmail which can take between 1-3 weeks to arrive dependant on your location and local postal service.

Is it possible to track my order ?
Yes. By logging in using the details you supplied during registration, you can keep track of your order to see what stage of delivery it is at.

How do I return an item ?
If you have received a faulty product they should be returned within 7 days of delivery to the following address:

I no longer need my purchase, can I return it ?
Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling-off' period where you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it.

It is however, your responsibility to return the item in perfect, resaleable condition and at your own cost. We will then refund your card for the purchase amount minus £4.99 which covers our original postage costs to you.

I live outside the U.K. What are the prices in my currency?
At present BigScreenCells prices are displayed in £'s Sterling & are estimated in US Dollars and Euros. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you can choose to pay in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) when reaching the checkout stage. We can accept orders from almost all countries.
