Is ordering with BigScreenCells safe?
All our online orders are handled using 128-bit encryption that ensures all your details are safe. Card transactions are handled by HSBC secure epayments and Bigscreencells is compliant with and meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
How do I place a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply browse our products, click "View Detials" of products you are interested in and then click "Add to Basket". If you are a new user you will be required to register which involves submitting a few details about yourself. You will then be logged in and ready to proceed to our secure payment area. You need to register in order to track your order.

Can you ship internationally ?
We can ship almost all countries, but can only accept payment in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR). Payments from Australia and other countries will be automatically converted during the payment process and will be at the current currency conversion price for that country.
Can I make my order over the telephone ?
Yes. You are welcome to call us on 0845 257 2300. Our Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.
Can I make payment by cheque (within UK) ?
Yes, We would appreciate if you could call us first and let us know what it is that you want to order. We accept cheques from all leading UK banks/building societies. Please allow 3 working days from when the cheque arrives to us to clear before we progress with your order. You will be kept informed of the order progress.
