2. Making a Purchase.

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our website and click on “View Details” on any items you want further information on or wish to buy. You will then be able to “Add to Basket”. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked to confirm your billing and delivery address details to be able to satisfy the order. All required fields must be completed accurately otherwise the order may be subject to delays.

Your selected country must match with your entered address to ensure correct international shipping cost (outside UK) is applied if required. Otherwise your order may be subject to delay or cancellation.

3. Errors and Omissions Exempted (E&OE).

We have made every effort to ensure all prices, any promos/special deals and information for products on both the Bigscreencells website and all external adverts for it are correct. However in the event of a pricing error we are (E&OE) exempted.

Therefore we are entitled to cancel the order, in this case you will be refunded the amount you have paid or alternatively and after confirmation in writing or by email you may pay the difference between the previously shown incorrect price and the correct price.

4. Shipping and Handling

5. Delivery Schedule

If your item is in stock we will normally send your order to you in a few business days. If your item is not in stock our product usually takes about a week before shipping as they are manufactured to order.

Please note : Gold/platinum discs normally take approximately two weeks to be dispatched as they are also manufactured to order.

All orders outside the UK are sent by Airmail, and with International Recorded Delivery.

Around the Christmas period please do allow extra time for your goods to be shipped as we do get extremely busy. If ordering after the 15th December you are advised to telephone us (0845 257 2300 or International +44 845 257 2300) with your order to ensure that we can supply the items required for the big day.

Should the item(s) ordered not arrive within a reasonable length of time, within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of dispatch confirmation email, please do contact us so that we may commence a trace on the delivery. We will do our utmost to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please note: during normal postal service the rate of loss of deliveries is very small, approximately 1 in 500 items fails to arrive and it is rare for items to be damaged in transit.

SHOULD YOUR ITEM NOT ARRIVE WITHIN THE DELIVERY TIME AS STATED ABOVE YOU MUST CONTACT US NO LATER THAN A FURTHER FOURTEEN (14) WORKING DAYS AFTER. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY RESULT IN US BEING UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND HENCE UNABLE TO RE-SEND THE PRODUCT OR ISSUE A REFUND.

6. Back Orders

If your item is not in stock and it is also not currently available by our suppliers and manufacturers, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

7. Tax Charges

We are a UK Company registered for VAT, and all prices include VAT at the current standard rate unless exempt. Our VAT registration number is 892 2829 86

8. Guarantee

All products are guaranteed for a ninety (90) day period, all electronic products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.

9. Payment Methods

The majority of our payments are made online using credit/debit cards on the e-secure payment processing system stage on the Bigscreencells website, www.bigscreencells.com (logos of accepted cards are shown on the bottom left of the home page). We do accept cheque payments and if you prefer to pay by cheque you will need to contact us first (contact details as shown above).

10. Privacy Policy

Bigscreencells Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, as well as to store your customer login details after registration. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login).
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases.
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods and delivery purposes.
f. To send you any occasional offers/promotions offered and only by Bigscreencells Ltd.<

11. Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

Our returns procedure: any items ordered may be returned to Bigscreencells within seven working days of receiving your order for a full and complete refund, excluding any delivery charges (unless the goods arrived damaged). The goods must be in the condition that they were received. Items are usually required to be returned to us before any replacement/refund will be re-sent/refunded.

Please do contact us before returning any goods, as they will not be processed until a Goods Return Number has been raised. Please ensure that any returns are well packaged to avoid any damage, and the delivery is fully insured.

12. Promotional Codes

a. Promo codes should be entered and used exactly as advertised
b. Promo codes also fall within our Point 3. (E&OE).
c. Note for international orders the promo code does not affect the international shipping cost and will only discount on the price of the item being purchased.
d. Only one promo code may be used at any time, and not in conjunction with any other offer
